About Kim

Personal Bio
When Kimberly  Johnson lived in Leysin, the popular ski resort in the Swiss Alps, she was not only exposed to a unique and healthy lifestyle, but as an owner of the town’s popular Spa / Fitness Facility, was teaching others that fitness is a lifestyle, and not an extracurricular activity.

Her love of learning and sharing carefully designed steps to create transformation of body and spirit has been life long.

As a young swimsuit and commercial model she witnessed how easily others fell into the false promises of infomercial like gimmicks and get thin quick pills and drinks – and how all ultimately lead to failure.

All her life experiences motivated Kimberly to develop a unique fitness studio in Clayton.  She strives to provide a European like experience similar to her place in the Alps.  Mirror Image fitness boutique is unlike any commercial gym atmosphere.

Kimberly makes  you feel right at home in her studio.  Complimentary Water , fruit and towels are provided.  A unique bonus is that Kimberly encourages you to bring your own music to help motivate you during your workouts.  Although the private atmosphere is a huge draw in itself, the best part is that Kimberly has developed a system that combines functional training with Pilates and occasionally a splash of meditation to end your session.  This unique combination supports a true wellness centered path to physical transformation and energy for live a life worth celebrating.

Let Kimberly share with you her simple but powerful steps that you will feel comfortable learning from this experienced, educated and deeply caring teacher.  CALL her at Mirror Image Fitness 314-422-0848 for an appointment for one on one, or small class fitness.
